The hit US reality Survivor TV show will have now a Philippine Edition via GMA Network. I saw their teaser trailer on tv but up to now no words yet of who will be the host. The station is now looking for possible contestants who will live in a remote island for at least 39 days.
Those who would like to join the Pinoy “Survivor” must have the following qualifications:
18--60 Years Old.
Physically Fit
Willing to go through intense physical and mental challenges.
Survivor Philippines will have a nationwide audition in 5 major cities:Manila - May 21-23, 2008
Davao - May 1 & 2, 2008
Cebu - May 5 & 6, 2008
Iloilo - May 8 & 9, 2008
Baguio - May 17 & 18, 2008
Before this let me take you back to the Frenh version of this show entitled “Koh Lanta”. According to the news, that season was the best and gained the highest rating among the other episode. That the French viewers fell in love to it.
….and what is this talk of the barangay that the US version is going to tape here in the Philippines. Yap …it was in the news and said this takes place in Camarines Sur. Just months ago, I read an interview of Ricky Lo on Jeff Probst - the American host about of being having a shot here and he said that maybe for in a day they will be here. I hope this would be true.
